What’s a private yoga session?
Time allotted where we work at your pace, completely designed and customized to meet your needs for the body you have!
If we’re a good fit, you can choose from 60min or 90min sessions with me.

Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and towels are provided. Please feel free to bring any padding for knees or wrist if needed.
